Parenting classes

Circle of Security Parenting Groups are designed to give parents a “map” for understanding and responding to their children’s emotional needs. The Circle of Security framework is a relationship-based curriculum designed to strengthen the bond between parents and their children. Research shows that parents who can do this in a loving and consistent way give their children an amazing start in life. With attachment theory as the foundation of the work, the goal is to become more secure as a parent. Our goal is to build the capacity of parents to make sense of their past emotional experience that molds their values as a caregiver.

Our Founders are certified Circle of Security Facilitators.
Runs for eight weeks and can include up to 12 individuals per group.
Each session is from 60-75 minutes long.

Research has shown that children with a strong and healthy relationship with parents, or important adults in their life, are best prepared to thrive.
