Partners: Chicago Growth Mindset making connections...
Our partnerships thrive on a shared vision and mutual goals aimed at enhancing community well-being. When organizations unite with a common purpose, we can combine our knowledge and resources to confront significant issues that no single entity could address alone. By aligning our missions and objectives, we create a powerful force that drives sustainable change and amplifies our collective impact.

Chicago Growth Mindset delivers clinical expertise in crisis response and debriefing to BGCC. We offer professional development training for their staff and community, along with in-house mental health services, all rooted in a “heal the healer” approach.

CGM has delivered trauma-informed lens training to the customer service team and leadership. We now introduce year-long unconscious bias training. CGM and Action for Children are dedicated to promoting organizational wellness and employee well-being.

Through our collaborative efforts in Early Childhood, Family Hub, and Caregiver Support Services, Chicago Commons and CGM adopt a holistic and intergenerational approach to effectively and sensitively meet
the diverse needs of their families.
